Salute Gluten Free Pasta 500g (available from ASDA supermarket's in UK) A high quality gluten free pasta made from Maize with a rapid cooking time 6/7 minutes with a good taste & texture. Produced in Italy imported into UK.
White Sliced Loaf (dietary specials gluten-free & wheat-free white sliced loaf) comes in a new improved form as a 400gram loaf with double packaging to keep it fresh. This loaf is the best I have come across after a great deal of searching & many attempts at trying to make a high quality gluten free loaf myself. This product is made by Dietary Specials company this is possibly "the" best Gluten Free bread available in the UK. The retail price is £1.98 for the 400g loaf which might sound expensive but remember if you want the convenience of a normal loaf but without getting sick then this is a very good product. I highly recommend this too you. The new product also comes with improved quality and slices are thicker which means slices don't apart as they used to in the past. Organic Corn Flakes Made by Evernat 375g (12 servings) sweetened with only apple juice, produce of Switzerland and imported into the UK. These are definitely the best quality and nicest tasting corn flakes I've found, Evernat cornflakes are available from a number of suppliers & distribution companies here in the UK.
Lasagna sheets 250g packet gluten free, egg free, milk free produced by True Free http://www.trufree.co.uk (available from supermarket Tesco in the UK).

Tamari Soya sauce 150ml bottle by Meridian foods (completely wheat free), be aware that Shoyu Soya sauce also by meridian foods isn't wheat free. Tamari adds great flavor to meals.
White Bread Flour 1Kg & White Rice Flour 1Kg made by Doves Farm, see website http://www.dovesfarm.co.uk both of these flours are completely gluten free.
